Note on Battery Saving: During transit, the crown is kept in Position 1 to preserve battery life.
- To start the watch: Push the crown all the way in to Position 0.
- To adjust the date: Gently pull the crown out to Position 1 and rotate it to set the correct date.
- To adjust the time: Pull the crown out fully to Position 2 (the hands will pause). Rotate the crown to set the time, then push it back completely to Position 0 to resume running.
